- Receiving inbound calls from existing or potential customers to answer their queries or provide them with information about the products or services.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Updating the company's database with accurate information about the calls made and received, and the outcomes of those calls.
- Following up on leads generated from previous calls to convert them into sales.
- Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets set by the company for making calls and generating sales.
- Providing feedback to the management on the effectiveness of the calling scripts and suggesting improvements to increase sales.
- Staying up-to-date with the company's products or services, and the industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service during all calls.
- Adhering to the company's policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In summary, the main responsibilities of a tele caller are to make outbound calls to potential customers, receive inbound calls from existing or potential customers, handle customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to promote the company's products or services.
