**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for apprentices in technical and manufacturing processes.
- Mentor and support ME/BE graduates through hands-on training in engineering, machinery, and operational safety.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to create training modules that meet industry standards and the company’s skill requirements.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards during all training activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (ME/BE) or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructor, or Lecturer in a technical field, especially within Engineering, Polytechnic, ITI, or Industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and hands-on technical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively guide and instruct trainees.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and technical competencies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and hands-on training methodologies.
- Certification in training, instructional design, or any relevant qualification in education.
