**Job Title**: MLOps Engineer
**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana

We are looking for a talented and experienced **MLOps Engineer** to join our team in Gurugram. As an MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, ensuring efficient deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of machine learning models in production. You will work closely with Data Scientists, DevOps engineers, and software developers to optimize the deployment process and streamline operations. Must have programming skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with data science teams to design and implement MLOps pipelines for building, testing, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Develop and manage CI/CD workflows for the deployment of machine learning models and related software.
- Optimize the entire machine learning lifecycle from model development to deployment, including performance monitoring and model versioning.
- Design and implement solutions for model monitoring, logging, and real-time performance tracking.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to deploy models into production.
- Automate the scaling and maintenance of machine learning systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure the robustness and reliability of productionized ML systems by conducting testing and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams to support product deployment and data-driven decision-making.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in setting up and managing model monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Familiarity with model interpretability, governance, and compliance standards is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with data pipeline frameworks like Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar tools.
- Experience with model serving technologies such as TensorFlow Serving, MLflow, or Seldon.
- Experience in data engineering or big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
- Knowledge of security best practices related to cloud services and data privacy.
