Overview:
As an Assistant Manager for Know Your Customer (KYC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risk by overseeing the KYC processes within the organization. You will work closely with the KYC Manager and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of due diligence and customer identification.

**Responsibilities**:

- **KYC Process Management**:

- Implement and manage the end-to-end KYC process, including customer onboarding, periodic reviews, and enhanced due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the KYC lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain KYC procedures and guidelines in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise a team of KYC analysts and specialists, providing guidance and support in conducting customer due diligence activities.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and providing training as necessary.
- Foster a culture of compliance and professionalism within the KYC team.
- **Risk Assessment**:

- Conduct risk assessments of new and existing customers to determine appropriate levels of due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
- Analyze customer data and documentation to identify potential red flags or suspicious activity.
- Escalate high-risk cases to senior management and collaborate with other departments, such as Compliance and Risk Management, to mitigate risk effectively.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality assurance reviews of KYC files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements based on QA findings to enhance the effectiveness of the KYC program.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present reports on KYC metrics, trends, and compliance status to senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of KYC activities, including customer profiles, risk assessments, and audit trails.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
