**Job Title: Visa Counselor**

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Experience: Minimum 1 year in the travel and immigration industry

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation for international travel.

4. Keep updated with changes in visa policies, procedures, and regulations.

5. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide updates on visa status, and resolve any issues or concerns.

7. Collaborate with the travel and immigrations team to ensure smooth visa processing and customer satisfaction.

8. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and delivering accurate information.

9. Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information and documents.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role within the travel and immigrations industry.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and additional languages being a plus.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document verification and processing.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

6. Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service and resolving client queries professionally.
