**Job Type**: Full-time

Jawed Habib Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admission process and helping them choose the right course in hair, makeup, beauty, and cosmetology. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments by providing detailed information about our programs, understanding client needs, and offering personalized guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students, addressing inquiries about the various courses offered at the academy.
- **Course Guidance**: Provide detailed information about our hair, makeup, beauty, and cosmetology courses, including course structure, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- **Counseling**: Assess the needs of prospective students and recommend suitable programs that align with their goals and interests.
- **Follow-up**: Proactively follow up with leads and prospective students who have shown interest, and maintain regular communication to encourage enrollment.
- **Enrollment Conversion**: Convert inquiries into admissions by addressing concerns, building trust, and guiding clients through the registration process.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and admissions data in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the academic team to ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or beauty industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive skills.
- Basic knowledge of hair, makeup, beauty, and cosmetology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
