Role Summary

Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Ongoing Monitoring process for both internal and external constituents
- Oversight of global business unit compliance with Ongoing Monitoring requirements; flexibility to interact with business units largely based in North America
- Provides white glove service by solutioning inquiries and requests on a timely basis and helps to resolve problem
- Develops and maintains procedures, controls and documentation
- Assists in the development of training documentation and materials for Engagement Managers, SMEs and other key constituents
- Identify and address non-compliant engagements, business escalations and Archer Data Maintenance issues
- Acts as an escalation point for any Ongoing Monitoring related issues and support requirement
- Leads efforts to educate and communicate Ongoing Monitoring requirements and program changes to Service Managers and Business Advisors
- Conduct control sample testing on BU submissions and compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
- Significant cross-organizational leadership and teamwork skills to build relations with TPRM Pillar owners, ERM, Audit and Engagement/Services Managers
- Assists in the evaluation and development of Archer system enhancements/requirements as the function evolves and matures
- Respond to inquiries from senior management in an accurate & precise manner
- Provide MI and analytics to evidence progress and productivity
- Maintain up to date procedure documentation and support during audits and regulatory inspections
- Support emerging TPRM program requirements in view of the evolving regulatory landscape
- Participate in project management efforts including tests of Archer system enhancements
- Flexibility in working outside of direct responsibilities to support emerging TPRM program requirement changes

Qualifications
- Overall work experience within financial services sector (14+ years)
