**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages, flights, hotels, and holiday deals.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing activities such as social media promotions, WhatsApp campaigns, and local outreach.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and bookings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Prior experience in telesales or travel industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
