**Job Title: Internal Audit (M Grade)**

**Location: Bhandup, Mumbai**

**Salary: ₹7 LPA**

**Industry: General/Life Insurance, BFSI Sector**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit professional to join our team. This position is ideal for a CA Fresher or someone pursuing CA with 1-2 years of experience in auditing. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits within the company to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies. The role will involve collaborating closely with various teams and reporting audit findings to senior management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assess the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial and operational data.
- Assist in preparing audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential exposure.
- Liaise with internal departments to discuss audit findings and drive corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit processes and controls.
- Stay updated with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Participate in the preparation for external audits and facilitate smooth communication with auditors.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher or CA Pursuing.
- 1-2 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the General/Life Insurance or BFSI sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit processes, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Ability to identify and assess financial and operational risks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Insurance industry experience is highly preferred.

**Other Requirements**:

- Notice period should be 30 days or immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
