JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dispensing medicines for patients as per prescription
- Bill making and receiving payments for medicines
- Physical verification of all medicines
- Keeping count of daily bills made in the pharmacy
- Maintaining records of medicines returned. Eg: discharged patients
- Supplying medicines as per department/ward requirements
- Maintaining registers like Narcotics (room temperature,

refrigerator temperature) as per NABH guidelines
- Generating Goods Received Note (GRN) by entering records in

system after the receival of goods ordered
- Coordinating with doctors about any queries regarding changes

or substitute medicines from the patient’s prescription and

taking their approval
- Segregation of expired medicines and sending them back to their

respective vendors
- Preparing list of medicines/surgical and sending it across to

purchase department
- Counting the amount collected every time at the time of

handing over during shift change
- Returning back non-moving medications or those nearing expiry

to their respective vendors
- Thorough checking of expiry date for all medicines on a monthly basis
- Segregating medicines as per NABH list of specific medicines
- Generating floor wise request of medicines from the online store and

handing over to assistants for keeping it ready
- Preparing indent on the basis of shortage list and frequently prescribed

Medicines.

EXPERIENCE-1-6 Years

QUALIFICATION- DPHARM/BPHARM

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
