**Job Title**: 3D Generalist - Product Animation Videos

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Generalist with a focus on product animation to join our creative team. As a 3D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling animations of products for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. This includes everything from modeling and texturing to lighting, rendering, and animating the product in realistic or stylized ways that highlight its features and functionality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling**: Design and create accurate 3D models of products, ensuring they are detailed and true to life, while keeping optimization in mind for smooth animation and rendering.
- **Lighting & Rendering**: Set up dynamic lighting that highlights the product’s features and creates visually appealing effects. Render animations with high-quality output suitable for use in videos, social media, and advertisements.
- **Animation**: Animate the product to demonstrate its features, assembly, usage, or interaction in an engaging and visually appealing manner, ensuring the animations feel natural and realistic.
- **Camera Setup and Motion**: Plan and execute camera movements that showcase the product effectively, maintaining the proper perspective to highlight key features and functionality.
- **Compositing & Post-Production**: Integrate rendered animations into live-action footage, add visual effects (VFX) where necessary, and perform any required post-production tasks (color grading, compositing) to finalize the animation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to understand the product and its marketing goals, ensuring that the animations align with the overall vision and message.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines, providing regular updates to the team on progress and addressing any challenges that arise during production.
- **Optimization**: Ensure final output is optimized for different formats and platforms (e.g., web, social media, presentations), ensuring smooth playback and high visual quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Generalist, particularly in creating product animations or related work (such as advertising, commercials, or product visualizations).
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D product animation work (including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation).
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, Unreal or 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of product visualization techniques, with an eye for detail, realism, and accuracy.
- Excellent animation skills with knowledge of timing, movement, and dynamics to create compelling and fluid animations.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software for compositing and post-production is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques to enhance product presentations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
