**WITHIN YOUR TEAM**

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced digital marketing assistant to join our corporate digital marketing team to develop best-in-class marketing experiences that reinforce our brand and help drive online leads. You will work closely with our content, marketing operations and marketing programs teams.

**THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Help enhance the company’s marketing capability as we become ever more focused on driving marketing leads through our digital channels. In this role you will be the work closely with other marketing departments. This is a unique opportunity for you to grow your skillset and showcase your expertise at a human-sized leading software company that is also part of the larger Danaher group.

**WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL**:

- Manage syncing and connection between our marketing automation platform and Salesforce CRM
- Develop new methods, reports, and tools to help the SEO & PPC team work more effectively and efficiently.
- Discover, document, and report on potential systemic technical problems in indexability, canonicalization, redirects, HTTP errors, etc.
- Identify website performance and crawl-ability issues and opportunities, through the analysis of sitemaps, crawl goals, page rendering, and timing.
- Undertake required analysis and A/b testing to identify relevant and strong keyword searches in order to optimize campaign success.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics and market related insights.
- Analyze PPC campaigns and making recommendations on how to scale them
- Analyze, monitor and report on ROI for all PPC campaigns to the Marketing Manager.
- Analyze, monitor and report on competitors PPC campaigns including key words being targeted.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS**:

- A digital marketing professional with 2+ years’ experience, ideally within a B2B Tech company and / or Marketing Agency Experience
- A well organized and highly structured professional who can also adapt to priority changes
- A strong communicator who is at ease working in a dynamic multicultural environment
- Capable of owning and driving initiatives with minimum hand-holding
- Strong on project management, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project.
- In tune with the latest SEO & PPC techniques for B2B
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and writing skills

**YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE**:

- 2+ years marketing experience in a for-profit (preferably B2B) and / or Marketing Agency Experience
- Experience with Salesforce platform for creation of campaigns, data upload, creation of reports, dashboards. Good understanding of SYNC between SFDC and various other tools such as Pardot a plus
- Experience managing SEO and/or PPC activities, preferably in a B2B organisation
