**Job Description**:
As a Company Associate for Hakimi Perfume Brand, you will be an integral part of our showroom team, providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our exquisite range of perfumes. You will be responsible for ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers, utilizing your warm hospitality skills, and leveraging your language proficiency in ENGLISH anD (optionally in Gujarati/Arabic) to cater to our diverse clientele. Your primary goal will be to drive sales through effective up-selling techniques and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner.

2. Utilize your proficiency in ENGLISH, and optionally Gujarati /Arabic effectively communicate with customers and address their queries and preferences.

3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of our perfume products, assisting customers in selecting the perfect scent based on their preferences.

4. Employ up-selling techniques to maximize sales revenue and achieve individual and team targets.

5. Possess strong negotiation skills to handle pricing inquiries and close sales transactions effectively.

6. Attend formal training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

7. Participate in foreign exhibition trips based on performance and business requirements to promote our brand internationally.

8. Assist in other departmental tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

9. Maintain a professional appearance by wearing provided uniforms and adhering to grooming standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

2. Proficiency in Hindi and Arabic is essential; proficiency in Gujarati is a plus.

3. Background in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to engage customers and provide exceptional service.

4. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.

6. Flexibility to work different shifts totaling 7-9 hours per day, with multiple positions available.

7. Willingness to travel for foreign exhibition trips based on performance and business needs.

8. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

9. Enthusiasm for the perfume industry and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to customers.

Compensation:

- Salary range from 10,000 to 20,000 INR per month, based on experience and qualifications.
