Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in overseas education opportunities. Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of studying abroad and the various programs available.

2. Provide Information: Educate potential students about different academic institutions, courses offered, entry requirements, visa procedures, and any other relevant details pertaining to their study abroad plans.

4. Maintain CRM Records: Record all interactions with potential students accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference and follow-ups.

5. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed applicants through effective communication and relationship building.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of international education systems and study abroad processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
