**Job Title**:Corporate Legal Assistant (CA Fresher)
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research and analysis on corporate and banking laws, including company law matters and IBC 2016 provisions.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Provide support in compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior legal associates and stakeholders to assess legal risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends related to corporate and banking sectors.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and training materials on legal and regulatory matters.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and seminars to enhance knowledge and network with industry professionals.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior legal team members.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. OR Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and banking operations.
- Knowledge of corporate laws, company law matters, banking laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 and its implications.
- analytical skills with the ability to conduct legal research and interpret complex regulations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Prior internship or work experience in a legal or corporate environment would be advantageous.
