**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Model buildings, props, and environmental objects with clean topology and optimal polycount.
- Create and optimize PBR textures and materials for real-time rendering in Unreal Engine.
- Implement and tweak Unreal Engine materials to achieve the desired visual fidelity.
- Set up and work with Niagara VFX for environmental effects (dust, smoke, ambient particles, etc.).
- Collaborate with the art and design team to ensure visual consistency and performance optimization.
- Work within established pipelines and maintain high-quality asset standards.
- Optimize assets for performance without sacrificing quality.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong modeling fundamentals - proficiency in creating hard-surface and modular environment assets.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar).
- Solid understanding of PBR workflow and texture creation tools (Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop).
- Unreal Engine experience - particularly with materials, shaders, and Niagara particle systems.
- Understanding of UV mapping, baking, and LOD creation for real-time assets.
- Good sense of scale, proportion, and architectural detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize for performance in large environments.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with procedural generation tools (Houdini, Unreal PCG).
- Knowledge of lighting and post-processing in Unreal Engine.
- Familiarity with world-building for games or simulations.
- Basic understanding of blueprints for asset integration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
