We are a growing fashion brand (ACSA) and a dynamic ecommerce digital marketing agency (Upright International LLP) looking for a creative and driven **Video Editor with Social Media Management skills** to join our team. If you're passionate about content creation, love fashion, and understand how to build strong brand presence through videos and social media, this opportunity is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:Video Editing & Creation**
- Create engaging **Reels**, **Shorts**, and **Educational Videos**:

- Edit videos for **Fashion Brand** & **Agency Promotions**:

- Use tools like **Canva, Filmora, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro**:

- Add subtitles, transitions, and trending effects for social media videos

**Social Media Management**
- Manage **Instagram, Facebook Page**, and **YouTube Channel**:

- Plan and schedule posts (Reels, Stories, Feed, Community Tabs)
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Implement growth strategies and trends

**Research & Strategy**
- Conduct **content research** and identify viral trends
- Analyze **competitor content** and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan weekly content calendar

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong grip on video storytelling for short-form content
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and post optimization
- Eye for fashion aesthetics and visual branding
- Basic knowledge of **Ecommerce Marketplaces** (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is a **plus**

**Who You Are**:

- At least **2 years of experience** in video editing and social media
- Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends
