Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct regular inspections of products and raw materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality and work with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and production processes
- Train and supervise production operators on quality control procedures and production processes
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement process control systems to optimize production output and minimize defects
- Work with R&D teams to develop new products and improve existing products

Job Requirements:

- Btech/BE/Diploma in Engineering or CIPET
- 1-2 years of experience in plastic manufacturing industry in quality control and process control roles
- Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality control systems and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing industry
- Experience in statistical process control and data analysis
- Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Experience in process optimization, yield improvement, and waste reduction.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
