
Residential Sales Executive

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and affluent homeowners.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify new market opportunities and track competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 3-7 years of sales experience in premium lighting, home automation, or related luxury product segments.
- Strong network within the architecture and interior design community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs (travel is required).
- Age under 40 years.
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC in the pay band of 75,000/- to 125,000/-, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Performance bonus as an extra incentive apart from salary.
- No relocation charges provided.
Work Details:
- Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Location: Bangalore

- Mode: Online & Offline.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
