School Relationship Associate - Offline

The Queen’s English

Start date: Immediately.

Location: Based in Mumbai / Hyderabad / Lucknow / Pune

**Salary**: 50k (pm) + Equity (non-negotiable)

The organisation: We aim to transform the way students in India learn English - making it higher quality yet more affordable. Our app will let anyone, anywhere, teach and learn great spoken English.

The role: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can handle all offline centre academic and non-academic activities.
- End to End Ownership of about 10 schools on the basis of location and no. of students.
- Conduct ongoing Training, Observation and feedback for teachers.
- Build rapport and have a good relationship with the Leadership / Principals of assigned schools.
- Interested and involved in Student Learning Outcomes.
- Report to and liaison with the Sr. Associate regularly to update the progress.
- Excellent English Communication skills - ability to read and speak fluently with a neutral accent.
- Ability to connect with teachers and have some teacher training experience.
- Ability to pick up and learn new technology and pedagogy.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach.
- Loves connecting with people on-field.
- Passion for teaching and learning new things.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably owns a vehicle (2/4 wheeler).
- Located or can relocate to Mumbai / Hyderabad / Lucknow (No relocation expenses will be paid).
- Good Internet / Data pack connection and power back-up.
- Android phone (for the QE App) and a working Laptop.
