CMA Intern
**Location**: Mankavu, Calicut
**Duration**: 15-Month Compulsory Internship

**Office Hours**: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**Weekly Off**: Second Saturdays and Sundays

We are looking for dedicated **CMA Interns** to join our Finance & Accounts team at **Frampton Management Consultants**, located in **Mankavu, Calicut**. This internship focuses on offering a well-rounded learning experience with a primary emphasis on practical exposure. Over the course of the 15-month internship, you will gain the necessary skills and hands-on experience required to succeed in the CMA profession.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in financial statements, budgeting, cost analysis, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end/year-end closing, tax filings, and audit processes.
- Participate in projects involving financial planning and reporting.

**Training & Development**:

- In-depth learning of financial concepts, CMA curriculum, and industry best practices.
- Exposure to real-world tasks, working closely with senior finance professionals.
- Continuous mentorship throughout the internship by experienced CMA professionals, providing guidance and support.

**Requirements**:

- Must be pursuing the **CMA India** (Cost and Management Accountancy) program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new financial tools and systems.
- **Must have your own laptop** for work-related tasks and assignments.
