**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Client Handling Customer Interaction Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the database on a regular basis.
- To do proper follow-ups with clients after generations lead.
- Organise meetings with generated leads.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- To maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information and requirements.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum 1 Year of experience with
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- We are looking for hard-working individual
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Convincing skills
- Good time management abilities
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Understanding the home interior domain is a bonus.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Salary Package: 10k to 12K

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
