Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Direct/Field Sales (Automobile industry or Commercial Vehicle sales preferred)

Qualification: Minimum H.S. (Higher Secondary) Pass

Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through field visits and direct interactions - Understand and explain features, benefits, and ROI of Ashok Leyland LCVs to customers - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company guidelines - Maintain strong client relationships, especially with fleet owners, logistics companies, and transporters - Regular follow-ups, test drive arrangements, and vehicle delivery coordination - Collect and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback - Ensure accurate documentation, quotations, and timely reporting

Must have working knowledge of commercial vehicles, particularly LCVs
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile-based reporting tools

**Salary**:Negotiable:Based on Experience & Performance Attractive Incentives + Performance-based Rewards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
