Experience : 1 to 3 **Years experience** in Designing Field

Salary : 20K

Location : Borivali west, Mumbai

Work Mode : Work From office

Notice Period : 15 Days Immediate joiners only

Job Type : Full Time

Working Days/Time: Mon to Sat/ 10 AM to 7 PM

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Brochure Design**:

- Conceptualize and design visually stunning brochures that showcase architectural projects with a focus on aesthetics, clarity, and effective communication.

**2.** **Brand Representation**:

- Ensure that brochure designs align with the client's brand guidelines and effectively represent their architectural achievements and unique design style.

**3.** **Collaboration with Architects**:

- Work closely with architects and project managers to gather information and insights necessary for creating compelling visual narratives in brochures.

**4.** **Photography Integration**:

- Incorporate architectural photography into brochure layouts, ensuring high-quality images that highlight key project features and design elements.

**5.** **Layout and Typography**:

- Design layout compositions that balance visual appeal, readability, and a cohesive narrative, utilizing appropriate typography and color schemes.

**6.** **Print Optimization**:

- Understand print production processes and optimize designs for various print formats, ensuring the highest quality output.

**7.** **Digital Presentation**:

- Adapt brochure designs for digital formats, considering online viewing experiences and interactive elements that enhance engagement.

**8.** **Client Interaction**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, incorporate feedback, and present design concepts that align with their branding and marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:
**1.** **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

**2.** **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a graphics designer in a brochure design firm, with a portfolio showcasing brochure designs for architectural projects.

**3.** **Software Proficiency**:

- Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

**4.** **Print Production Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with print production processes, paper types, and finishing techniques.

**5.** **Architectural Understanding**:

- Understanding of architectural terminology, concepts, and design principles to effectively represent projects in brochures.

**6.** **Creativity**:

- Strong creative thinking and the ability to translate architectural concepts into visually appealing and engaging brochure designs.

**7.** **Communication Skills**:

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with architects, clients, and the broader design team.

**8.** **Attention to Detail**:

- Meticulous attention to detail in both the design process and the final output.

**9.** **Time Management**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
