**Requirement**:
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability as a Senior Engineer in a NOC, TAC, or PS setting
- Ability to coordinate, lead, and influence teams solve complex networks and services during high pressure service impacting outages and incidents
- Expertise in **Webex calling, CUCM, Dial plan and IP phone configurations**:
- Solid understanding of** Oracle and Ribbon SBC product line**:
- Expert level knowledge on Oracle ACME Session Border Controller (**SBC**), Session Delivery Manager (**SDM**) and Enterprise Operations Manager (**EOM**), **Ribbon SBC** and Ribbon Analytics Platform
- Advanced technical skill on **Deploy, Configure, Upgrade and Operate Oracle ACME and Ribbon SBC Suit**:
- Deploy and Configure Oracle ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC products
- Handling Day 2 Operational tasks related to Oracle ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC products
- Troubleshooting integration issues between SBC and other SIP Stacks like Cisco CVP, Call Manager and Phones
- Working with Service Provide and Partner to troubleshoot **SIP** Trunk issues between **SBC and ITSP**:
- Perform Configuration changes like Add Route, Modify Session Manipulation to fix call routing issues
- While troubleshooting issues or part of changes, perform health checks on ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC solution to detect problems.
- Configure network interfaces, **SIP trunks**, call routing, session policies, and HMR rules to establish seamless communication and manipulate SIP message headers.
- Configuration of Client and SIP trunks with peer Client / SIP proxy servers
- Coordination with Carriers, vendor, OEM, Client technical Team for new deployment or upgradation
- Capacity planning, handle device lifecycle and vulnerability management
- Fundamental knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Applications**: CUCM, CUC, IMP and Cisco VoIP Protocols: SIP, MGCP, H323,**:
- Strong verbal and written communication, consulting, and relationship building skills with ability to work autonomously and thrive in a transformational environment
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and drive service improvement opportunities.
**Experience required**:
Deployment, Configuration and Operate Oracle and Ribbon SBC Strong Experience on Oracle and Ribbon SBC product line Prior working experience in Managed Services environment
