Job Title: Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with service providers to manage and confirm bookings (including flights, accommodations, and car rentals.)
- Managing financial duties like invoices, payments, and refunds will also be part of the job.
- Assist in resolving any booking or service-related problem
- Update client records and travel information, maintain accurate records.
- Assist with customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving booking issues.
- Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Any graduation or relevant field
- Experience: Previous administrative or back-office experience, preferably in travel.
