**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven On-Ground Sales Trainee to join our team. This role will

involve identifying, connecting with, and converting potential Amazon Global Selling merchants to use

communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with merchants in their cluster.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and Prospect:

- Identify potential Amazon Global Selling merchants who would benefit from PayGlocal’s multicurrency account services from database calling and on-ground visits.

2. Engage and Convert:

- Present and demonstrate the value of PayGlocal’s multi-currency accounts to prospects
- Help merchants with the onboarding and documentation process either automated or manual

3. Client Meetings:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with merchants to discuss their payment needs and how

PayGlocal can address them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and meetings.

4. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress, conversion rates, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

5. Continuous Follow-Up:

- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure closure

and address any ongoing needs or issues.
- Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer, working closely with the onboarding

team to facilitate successful account setup.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, good communication skills and local expertise.

Experience with Amazon merchants or the Amazon Global Selling marketplace is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
- **Other**:Willingness to travel for client meetings as required. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Field sales: 2 years (preferred)
