Primary Skill : Mainframe DB2 Admin, REXX

Role : Lead Administrator L1 (B3, or Senior B2)

Job location: Kochi, Mysore, Coimbatore, Delhi/NCR, Kolkata

JD below:

- Perform mainframe database software upgrades coupled with administration and tuning to support DB2 environments
- Establish policies and procedures pertaining to database management, Disaster recovery, security, maintenance and utilization
- Analyze new versions of DB2 for functionality, that can improve systems performance and reduce cost
- Perform performance data collection, analysis, and tuning of DB2 systems
- Execute project and internal initiative responsibilities as assigned or delegated
- Experience in Database Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 8+ years of experience in DB2 DBA and Database Engineering functions
- Skills: DB2 DBA, JCL, REXX, TSO/ISPF, IBM/BMC/CA tools.
- Nice to have experience in DMS II (Unisys) database
