**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online German language sessions for individuals or groups, catering to different proficiency levels ranging from beginner to advanced.
- Develop and customize lesson plans, learning materials, and exercises to suit the specific needs and goals of each learner.
- Provide clear explanations of grammar, vocabulary, and language concepts in an understandable manner.
- Incorporate interactive activities, audiovisual aids, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Assess learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and tests, and provide constructive feedback to aid improvement.
- Encourage active participation, conversation, and cultural understanding during lessons.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates learners to engage with the language.
- Stay updated with language teaching methodologies, cultural nuances, and relevant educational resources.
- Maintain accurate records of each learner's progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with learners to address questions, concerns, and provide guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in the German language at a native or near-native level.
- Proven experience in teaching German as a foreign language, either in-person or online.
- Strong understanding of language teaching techniques, curriculum development, and online education tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
- Access to a stable internet connection, necessary software, and equipment for online teaching.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate learners in different time zones.
- Relevant teaching certifications or language education degrees are a plus.
