- Identify relevant opportunities on the GEM portal and prepare bid proposals.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of bids and associated records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary details for bids.
- Monitor bid statuses and follow up with clients as needed.
- Stay updated on GEM policies and procedures to enhance bidding strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in GEM bidding and tender management.
- Strong understanding of the GEM portal and its functionalities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
