**You would be part of**
- Team that believes in breaking down a complicated problem into smaller solvable components which customers love to use.
- Research and Development of Upcoming Solution in Mining.
- Subject related Strategic Planning of Project Execution and Project Delivery.
- Training and Workshops for Subject Knowledge development for field execution and delivery team.
- Quality Assessment & Quality Check of Data Analysis process and results.
- Conduct site base benefit assessment of mining solutions.
- Develop Research Paper/ White Paper / Case Studies.
- Conduct workshops for clients for creating awareness and knowledge about AUS Mining Solution.

**We expect you to be**
- Engineering Degree in the relevant field. ( Mining/ Geology)
- Experience in Mine Operation/ Mine Design, Planning/Consultancy.
- Having Knowledge/Experience in Mine Planning or spatial systems-related software.
- MINEX/SURPAC/DATA MINE
- AutoCAD Civil 3D/ Map 3D
- Vulcan
- ArcMap/ QGIS
- Experience in working on Research & Development work of Mining related solutions.
- Experience/Knowledge for Mine Survey Process and Work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to challenge yourself and continuously improve.
- A desire to help others improve.
- The ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.

- Having Knowledge/Experience in Data Analysis.
- Having Knowledge/Experience in Product Development and Management.
- Having prior experience of working on drone datasets.
- Python Experience
- Skills for Monitoring the market and developing competitive analysis.
- Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean start-up principles.

**Place of work**
- The job will require travel in the form of site or client visits.
