**Description**
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to provide excellent health care to our patients. You will work with a variety of patients, and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome patients, doctors and visitors.
- You should be able to deal with queries and give accurate information.
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians
- Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor vitals, provide drugs, administer injections, phlebotomy, ECG, Nebulisations)
- Monitoring for side effects and record patient’s condition and document provided care services and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements,
- Directly assisting the doctor during medical, dental, surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
- Performing I.V access, Phlebotomy, collection & sending of specimen, oral suctioning, GRBS, Insulin administration, Nebulization, Oxygen inhalation, dressing and pre &/post op care.
- Responsible for explaining additional post-treatment home care needs to a patient's family or caregiver.
- Manage inventory and update records in filing system.
- Maintain proper infection control procedures including instruments disinfection and sterilization.
- Knowledge of BMW disposal procedures
- Manage accounts and expenditures.
- Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Assist in home care.
- Take up other additional duties as assigned.
- Duty: Outpatient Department
- Shift: Rotational/ Break
**Requirements**:
- Any Diploma/B.Sc. Nursing/ GNM/ANM
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Possess a nurturing and kind personality.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
