Education:
- Diploma OR Degree in Hotel Management
Experience:
- Total Experience : 3 Years with hotel / restaurant
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year as a Captain
**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Service**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensure that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining service team.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals and special instructions.
- **Order Management**:
- Oversee the order-taking process and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and synchronized delivery of food orders.
- Monitor and manage table turnover to maximize seating capacity.
- **Quality Control**:
- Maintain high standards of food and service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the dining area is clean and well-presented.
- Address any issues related to food quality or service promptly.
- **Training and Development**:
- Train new staff on service standards, menu items, and company policies.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the skills of the service team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Sales and Upselling**:
- Encourage and support upselling techniques among the service staff.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance revenue.
- **Communication**:
- Maintain open and effective communication with kitchen staff, management, and other departments.
- Provide regular updates on guest feedback and service-related issues.
Other Qualifications:.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Languages:
- English, Hindi and Marathi.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
