**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain records of college admissions, academics, and administration.
- Operate MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with speed and accuracy.
- Manage student databases, fee records, and examination details.
- Assist in preparation of reports, circulars, and official communication.
- Maintain and update institutional documentation as required.
- Coordinate with departments for timely data flow and system updates.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to office software or hardware.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good typing speed (English & Hindi)
- Familiarity with educational ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills

**Qualifications & Experience**:
✔ Graduate in any stream (preferred: BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent)
✔ **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a Computer Operator in an educational institution or similar environment
