Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products or services. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, creative execution, and data analysis to drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Digital Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for better results.
- **Website Management**:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversions.
- Implement and manage tracking tools for website analytics.
- **Digital Advertising**:

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Implement lead generation strategies through digital channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact.
- Track and report on expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
