**Job Summary**
As a marketing executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to meet organizational objectives. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to achieve company goals and targets.

2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.

3. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, advertisements, and videos.

5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including key metrics and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

7. Coordinate and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company and its products/services.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and suggest new marketing strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.

10. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
4. Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
6. Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, Telugu (required)
