Work closely with engineers, architects, surveyors, and other professionals to understand project requirements and translate design specifications into technical drawings and plans.
- Create detailed drawings, maps, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional drafting techniques. These drawings may include site plans, elevations, floor plans, utility layouts, and more.
- Experience with: MCGM, MHADA, SRA, Redevelopment Projects.
- Ensure that all drawings and plans comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable municipal guidelines and standards
- Address design challenges and find solutions to technical issues that may arise during the planning and construction phases of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD software and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
