- Administration and maintenance of **Brocade** and **Cisco Layer 3** Ethernet switches.
- Configuration and Work experience on Cisco 5K, 8K, 9K, Catalyst 2960S, Nexus 2248TP and Sun Switches.

- Work experience on Internal and experience firewall configuration ASA 5525-X
- Extensive experience switch and routing design and configuration.
- Administration and maintenance of load balancers, such as **F5 BiG-IP**.
- Administration and maintenance of **Cisco ASA firewalls**.
- Hands on in **AWS cloud**. Concept like VPC, Security group, Direct connect, Transit gateway.
- Provide ongoing technical support, problem investigation and resolution for network and monitoring infrastructure on a 24x7 on-call basis.
- Responsible for vendor escalation.
- Identifies, analyzes, resolves system problems and work on **Root Cause Analysis**:

- Develop/maintain system implementation documents, knowledge base, service reports and operational procedures.
- Assist with identification of implementation risks and with development of mitigation or avoidance plans.
- Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or clients.
- Extensive knowledge of **LAN** and **WAN** technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills by providing L3 & L4 support for any network security related issues.
- Provide review of functional specifications and design documentation for effective deployment and operation of network services
- Working knowledge on Packet flow between intenet/outside/inside/ FTD.
- Active-Active setup of core switch/failover.
- Work with the Firewall and Load Balancing team on troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Ability to perform below:

- Internal firewall vlan movement
- Solarwinds integration
- Oracle circuit set up
- Configuration clean-up on network devices
- Circuit cutover between one network to another office network.
- ACS (TACACS) server upgrade.
- Replacement of external firewall with internal firewall, as the hardware being used in the external firewall will come to its EOL
- Work with Vendors and OEM support.
- VLAN connecting core switch and firewall to allowed peer-link, which is connecting the core switches.
- Knowledge on how to perform port channel will be shut/start.
- Routing changes
- Perform new keep-alive link connected between core switches, configuration, and connectivity verification.
- Activation of Keep-alive link during outage,
- perform Testing post outage activities.
- Process knowledge on keep-alive link termination.
- ** Plan for Backout plan during issue on the maintenance activities.**:

- Know on how to perform VLAN to stop advertising over peer-link.
- Knowledge on how to re-enable Portchannel
- Knowledge on how to shut new keep-alive link and reactivate existing keep-alive link.
- Skills to minimize the network impact during maintenance activities.
