Job Summary:
We are looking for Tele Counsellors to join our team. The role involves handling outbound calls, guiding potential students, and generating leads for our training programs. If you have strong communication skills in Hindi and English, this is a great opportunity to build a career in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students.

Counsel them regarding training programs and career opportunities.

Generate leads and follow up for enrollment.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass (Undergraduates can also apply).

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Minimum 3 months of experience in outbound tele-calling or BPO is preferred.

Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and English.

Work Schedule:
6 days working (Monday to Saturday).

Fixed Sunday off.

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM.

No travel required.

Salary & Benefits:
Freshers: ₹16,000 (in-hand) | ₹19,500 CTC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
