- Roles and Responsibility
- experience with Catia
- V5 (Surfacing / Solid modelling/Drawing/ Assembly Modeling)- Very good experience in Interiors/ Sunroof with Plastic Part Design.- Good knowledge of VA/VE, Design Release process, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance and PLM- preferably on ENOVIA.- windows administration and DLP admin:
- 1. Certified MCSE engineer.2. Installation/Administration of Microsoft servers,MS patch- management (WSUS/SCCM), Active directory,expertise in Migration activities,Microssoft- backup/restore.- Well experienced in ISMS security related in Windows environmentExperience in automotive industry.- Work experience of product development of AUTOMOTIVE CLOSURES, SEALINGS & Electro
- Mechanical components/systems -Power window regulator assy.,- Electro-mechanical Latches etc.- Should have exposure in working with various suppliers.- Interface with the plant manufacturing.- Knowledge of CAD
- CATIA/UGNX & ENOVIA.- Exposure to various product development tools like APQP, FMEAs, etc.- Exposure to Work from Styling phase until TKO phase.- Engineering support in problem solving activities at the assembly plant from pilot phase through Hands on experience on BIW part development, sheet metal material selection process.- Strong back ground on Vehicle homologation requirement- Strong Knowledge in design and development of Underbody and Upper body components.- Stamping and AME knowledge, Tooling back ground is essential.- Strong back ground on Automobile Product life cycle management, and Manufacturing knowledge.- Good Knowledge in Change Management, Change Notice and CCD.- Issue resolution and cost management knowledge.- Knowledge on Testing and validation plan- Work Experience in Team center / UG NX/CATIA - Experience in DFMEA, DVP&R.- Excellent communication and Team player.- Desirable: -Innovative Problem solving skills.- VA/VE ideas. -Functional Objective (FO) evaluation.- Clash and Clearance analysis.
