Arera Convent School, a leading educational institution in Bhopal, is looking for an experienced and qualified School in charge to oversee the smooth operation of the school. As the School in charge, you will be responsible for managing the school, maintaining high academic standards, and ensuring a nurturing environment for students.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide leadership and management for the entire school community.

2. Develop and implement school policies and procedures based on educational standards.

3. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence and student well-being.

4. Support teachers in implementing innovative teaching methods and curriculum plans.

5. Monitor and evaluate teaching quality and student progress.

6. Support and guide teachers in their professional development.

7. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and the wider community.

8. Manage the school budget and resources efficiently.

9. Ensure compliance with educational laws and regulations.

10. Handle disciplinary matters and resolve conflicts.

11. Stay updated with educational trends and research to improve educational programs.

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:
1. A master's degree in Education or a related field.

2. Minimum of 7 years of teaching experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.

3. Knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and teaching methodologies.

4. Strong leadership and management skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Track record of improving academic outcomes.

7. Understanding of child development and special educational needs.

8. Familiarity with educational technology.

9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
