**Diva Exports Pvt. Ltd.** is a Mumbai based Export House & Design Studio specializing in print and embroidery for the têxtile home furnishing market. Currently we are expanding and are looking for new talent with fresh perspectives to join our team. We are a rapidly growing vertical company that works meticulously to create custom product assortments for our international clients. Our products can found in North America, Australia and Europe.

Experience: 4-7 Years of relevant experience in Home Furnishing (Home Made Ups)

**_Technical Skill: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop ( Must Have_)**

**Designing**
- Study the client's current merchandise to understand the clients choice, styling and price points
- Analyze the mood boards/current trends to derive fabrics, motifs and colors that should be used
- Understand requirements from merchandising team to absorb any finer points that were discussed during conversations with the buyer
- Ensure that design is compatible to the fabrics that are likely to be used as per the client's budget and taste and production ability
- Check the designs drafted by the team and provide corrections to ensure that the designs are drafted with precision as per all above information
- Prepare the CADs for approvals
- Issue the CADs for sampling to Merchants
- Prepare and proofread the artwork for screen printing as per approved CADs
- Get the embroidery done as per approved CADs
- Ensure that the screen prints and embroideries are approved
- Work with the merchandisers to incorporate changes suggested by the buyers during selection process

**Technical Support**
- Respond to design related queries from merchandising/sourcing/works/suppliers/clients as and when they arise
- Explain the design to production and/or merchandising team and solve their technical queries from time to time
- Ensure that designs are modified and revised to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems
- Coordinate with and consult with production and project leads to resolve design or other problems.

Working knowledge of following is a must:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Adobe Corel Draw

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
