- UI/UX Designer

Role Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team for a full-time remote role. As a UI/UX Designer, you will have an opportunity to work alongside a talented team of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver engaging and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will participate in design reviews and collaborative brainstorming sessions to create user flows, wireframes, and mockups that align with project requirements and user needs. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure designs are delivered on time, using the latest design techniques and tools.

**Requirements**:
Work on designing and iterating user interfaces using Figma, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Develop and enhance company sales and pitch decks to effectively communicate our product offerings and value proposition.

Conduct research on user behavior, industry best practices, and emerging trends to continually improve the UI/UX design of our products.

Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to guide the development process.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to help shape the overall user experience and design strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.

Familiarity with responsive design principles for both web and mobile platforms.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

A portfolio showcasing your design projects and demonstrating your skills and creativity
