**Job Description - Lab Technician / Field operations**

**Job Brief**:
We at Apeiron Healthcare Pvt Ltd are looking for a Lab Technician to join our team and undertake all kinds of primary laboratory procedures in our Mobile Mini Hospital. This position will play a vital role in helping Doctors, and other healthcare professionals diagnose and treat patients in our facility.

A lab technician goal shall be to optimize lab procedures and succeed in producing reliable test results and successfully maintaining records of laboratory processes and equipment and generate reports. He shall also be responsible for overseeing day to day activities in our MOBILE MINI HOSPITALS ( Remotely ) and must be willing to travel, and also take part in the field operations.

**Responsibilities:.**
- Collecting, receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples using the correct testing equipment, using our cloud based platform, as this is a paperless clinic.
- Recording all data and test results accurately and in the specified format.
- Ensuring that safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.
- Providing training to other field staff, in various locations of the country.
- Managing different locations, and analyzing operations and staff performance.

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry and bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration/business management, and knowledge of Radiology equipment will be an value addition although not a must.
- Proven work experience as a Lab Technician or similar role, and with the back ground experience of automated laboratory devices.
- Working experience operating electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, along with hands on experience of various software’s.
- Should be willing to travel extensively, as this is a mobile unit which will cover Rural, Remote and Tribal Areas.

CTC - 3 to 5 lacs per annum

Location : Hyderabad

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
