1. Academic Leadership
Provide visionary leadership in implementing educational programs, research, and innovation.
Ensure effective curriculum development, revision, and alignment with industry trends.
Promote faculty development programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching standards.
Encourage research activities, publications, and collaborations with academic bodies.
Oversee the implementation of Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
2. Administrative Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, student affairs, and institutional governance.
Implement strategic plans to improve institutional performance in alignment with NAAC criteria.
Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., UGC, AICTE, etc.) and maintain proper documentation for audits.
Promote an inclusive, equitable, and safe environment for students and staff.
3. Quality Assurance and Accreditation
Lead the preparation and submission of the Self-Study Report (SSR) for NAAC accreditation.
Establish Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and oversee its effective functioning.
Regularly monitor and evaluate institutional performance using NAAC’s quality benchmarks.
4. Student Support and Development
Foster holistic development through co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Ensure effective grievance redressal mechanisms, counseling services, and career guidance.
Promote student-centric learning methodologies such as experiential learning, internships, and project-based learning.
5. Financial Management
Manage budget planning, fund allocation, and ensure financial accountability.
Oversee resource mobilization through grants, collaborations, and partnerships.
6. Staff Management and Welfare
Supervise faculty recruitment, performance appraisal, and professional development.
Encourage participative management and maintain a transparent decision-making process.
7. Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain positive relationships with alumni, parents, industry leaders, and society.
Facilitate collaborations with universities, research bodies, and industry for academic enrichment.
8. Ethical and Professional Conduct
Uphold institutional values, ethical practices, and ensure compliance with academic standards.
Promote social responsibility, environmental consciousness, and sustainable practices.
