**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the **CAD design team**, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Create precise and innovative **3D CAD models** for various jewellery pieces using **Matrix 9** and **Jewels CAD**.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate ideas into unique, personalized jewellery designs.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to final CAD output, including technical adjustments to avoid production issues.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior CAD designers, including beading techniques and pattern creation.
- Coordinate closely with the **production team** to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
