Responsibilities:

- Conduct Welcome Calls to newly onboarded customers to confirm details and provide guidance on next steps.
- Handle KYC Verification Calls to validate customer details as per compliance requirements.
- Facilitate Video KYC (VKYC) Calls, ensuring proper identity verification and documentation.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism during every call.
- Assist customers with the onboarding process, including account setup, verification, and documentation submission.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Educate customers on our products, services, and features to optimize their usage and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and operations, to relay customer feedback and improve our services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer calls (inbound & outbound) in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to the concerned department.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure query resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,336.01 - ₹25,561.31 per month
