**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential clients and sales opportunities through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Utilize social media platforms to engage with prospects, build connections, and establish a strong online presence for our brand.
Respond to inquiries, leads, and messages promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our products/services.
Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and our company.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective online sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record of success in online sales, with a demonstrable portfolio of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent knowledge and experience in utilizing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google for sales prospecting and lead generation.
Strong understanding of online marketing principles and strategies, and how they can be applied to drive sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and confident approach to sales.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret sales data to drive informed decision-making.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
A proactive and continuous learner, staying updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
