The plan is to aggressively (yet astutely) scale out a portfolio of international brands pan-India. - Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products or services. - To effectively communicate with customers, you're responsible for maintaining product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing. - Apart from sales, you'll assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. - Processing transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount, and lastly, contributing ideas to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales growth. **Skills and Experience Desired**: - At least 2 years of experience in Retail sales - Prior experience with luxury QSR/Coffee/ Fashion/Apparel brands - Customer service orientation - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Verbal and written communication skills - English - Team player with good listening skills - Honest, mature and well-organized - Willingness to work hard, take on a diverse mix of tasks, and possess a positive, "can-do" attitude **Qualifications**:Any gradute **Reporting**:Store Manager **Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - Do you have experience working with luxury brands?
