**Your profile**:
**We are hiring**AWS Migration Experts**with 12-18 years of experience for**Pan India**locations. This role involves leading large-scale cloud migration projects, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring seamless transitions. Strong expertise in AWS services, cloud strategy, and stakeholder management is essential. Be part of our cloud transformation journey.**
- **Lead and execute end-to-end**Oracle and PostgreSQL database assessments and migrations**to AWS.**:

- **Design and implement**cloud-native architectures**for enterprise-scale workloads.**:

- **Utilize**AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)**and other AWS tools for seamless migration.**:

- **Optimize database performance post-migration and ensure high availability.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration strategies with business goals.**:

- **Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the migration lifecycle.**:

- **Ensure compliance with AWS best practices, security, and governance standards.**:

- **Maintain documentation and use tools like**Jira**and**Confluence**for tracking and reporting.**

**Your Profile**:

- **Strong understanding of**AWS migration tools**, especially**AWS DMS**.**:

- **Familiarity with**MongoDB, DocumentDB, Elasticsearch, and OpenSearch**and their migration strategies.**:

- **AWS certifications**such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Database Specialty.**:

- **Database administration or consulting, with a focus on**Oracle**and**PostgreSQL**.**:

- **Excellent**problem-solving**,**communication**, and**collaboration**skills.**:

- **Experience with**performance tuning**,**infrastructure automation**, and**cloud governance**.**
